Nita Nigam conducts a workshop on Change Management at Indian Security Press, Nasik

Nita, who is well known for her interactive corporate workshops, gave an interactive class where the attendees learned how to manage change. “Change is constant and inevitable,” explained Nita. She urged on the importance of making ourselves strong in order to face the challenges.

During the workshop, Nita Nigam shared practical points that everyone should inculcate to manage changes effectively. Nita, who also helps celebrities and freelance actors in personality development and English Speaking, stressed upon how one can take stock of positive qualities and how necessary this is. Everybody has to face the changes in corporate, business, even personal life, and therefore it is mandatory to focus on what we have. The attitude of gratitude is a primary requirement in this world full of changes.

“Everyone has an inner strength and we must realise it soon to use it to its full potential,” according to Nita, who has also been seen in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Santoshi Mata, and other popular sitcoms. She went to share about the various positives that the Covid pandemic left on us in general. When she asked what the attendees had learnt from Corona, the response was heartening. Numerous new activities, ventures started during the lockdown as people were made to realise their potential by the sudden pandemic.

All of the India Security Press (ISP, Nashik) members were overjoyed to welcome Nita Nigam to this fantastic session. When Nita emphasised the value of understanding one’s own nature and limitations, the response was overwhelming. Near the end, the participants’ expressions were even brighter with all the new information they had learned.

India Security Press (‘ISP, Nashik’), established in the year 1925, is one of the oldest units of SPMCIL dealing with the printing of diverse security products. It is the only organization in India that prints Passports and other travel documents for the Government of India.
