‘I always regard dedicating time to my body as a hardcore foodie,’ says actress Sehnooor.

Sehnooor is slated to make a name for herself in Bollywood because of her impressive acting abilities. Sehnooor will make an enduring impression on the audience. Sehnooor, who rose to popularity for her excellent singing abilities in ‘Badan Pe Sitare 2′ with Bigg Boss’ Asim Riyaz, shared her fitness mantra.

‘I am a big-time foodie, and I can’t keep myself from having wonderful food anytime I desire it,’ says Sehnooor of her workout regime. But, because of my metabolism, I always make sure that I work out effectively after that. I’ve always believed that every one of us should take at least 40 minutes out of our hectic schedules to devote to ourselves, and the difference they will see from within will be quite remarkable. I always make sure that no matter how much food I consume, I finish up doing something useful that will aid in my metabolism’s improvement. Jogging, dancing, cycling, and CrossFit are some of my favorite activities. And drink lots of water that helps me to keep my body hydrated.
